Full explanation of the joke as you didn't know the reference.

The dev completely changed the primary context/draw of the game and removed the mom element from it which was the main appeal. He COULD have kept it the same and just slightly tweaked the context to patreon wouldn't get on him for incest, but he totally changed the premise and tone and dynamic of the relationship with the cartel boss (female lead) which upset a lot of the people who liked the game.

Subscribestar is an alternate platform for supporting creators that allows any sort of fetish content that isn't illegal (but isn't as popular, case being you werent aware of it, this isn't a dig at you to be clear, I'm glad I was able to tell you about the site), and I was making a joke about that because they would have allowed the game as it were to be on their website uncensored.
