Quick update:
I'm about 10% into part 1 of Act 2. The word count so far is roughly 6000 words. I think it will be better to release smaller updates, more often, than bigger ones less often.
I think that will make it easier to play test and find any bugs.
I think the first update will be ready for you to download next Friday.
If you intend on playing, could you let me know if you intend to continue a save or start a new game? I would love to do some testing with other people's saves if you would be happy to send them to me.

A couple of hard days work to go but things are on track for a Friday release. There should be about 30 mins of new content available.
Well, we might be a day late. Im about 95% of the way there. I need to make some changes to the layout, which is not exactly my area of expertise! Everything else has largely gone to plan.
I say take your time. We'd all given up on this game ever getting any further so no need to rush now.
Thanks for the support everyone. Im inching closer! Family responsibilities taking over today but I'm excited to show you soon.

Version 1.01 Release notes.
For players continuing from an old save, you may see a couple of errors on the first load, these will disappear after your first click. You can activate Act 2 by clicking the start Act 2 button.
If starting a new game, Act 2 will start seamlessly.
As this is my first release and I'm taking over from Old Dirty Dogs codebase, you should expect to encounter bugs as you play! The codebase was big and a lot has been changed to get it to this point. Bug reports would be massively appreciated so I can get them fixed asap!
