I had to switch to Firefox to get the games to work, but I'd say that was worth it.
I played Celesta U back when it was at 0.1 or 1.7 or something - hard to tell with this dev - and it was a waste of time back then, but now at 3.0 I only noticed half a dozen bugs. There wasn't too much randomization, either, so I understood what to do most of the time. I'd say this is one of their better games.
The high school game was too random to be any fun.

Watson and the other board members only exist in the game to be removed from it. I think she gets replaced with an African slaver.

I downloaded with that link, unrar'ed it and started the game, it loaded just fine.
The download works. The game works. I only tried starting with the exe file, but that loads perfectly fine on my Windows 10 Home Premium 64-bit machine.

Yes, it is possible without cheating, but you need to know the weakness of each staff member ahead of time (on a prior playthrough) and be lucky on RNG, but it is possible.
After using the cheat, the Admissions lady (Elizabeth Brown) suddenly has low stats, and becomes completely immune to intimidate. I assume it has something to do with the uber stats, because everytime I control attempts fail her scores drop by 50 points.
Can you make the same mod, just with 99(Or more) time? No other boosts needed or wanted. the time is all that's needed

Apprecciate the work, truly, but it ended up being a bad idea. Eventually you run out of things to spend Time on, and you cant forward days if ou have any time units remaining.

I like Mysteria Lane, but I got fed up with the fixed random chance regardless of Dom/Cha level. Ended up going in and changing all the HTML5 scripts to have 100% chance to succeed. Left the base requirements for DOM and CHA though.
Didn't take long once I found the line I needed to mass search and replace:
"kind":"compare","operator":"gte","valuea":"_player.#randnum","typea":"var","valueb": (and then the percent chance after it of 20/40/60/80.. but backwards, since 'gte' is 'greater than or equal to')
Blech... 119 different files had to be altered.
(I know I am over-explaining and off-topic, but I like to think that eventually someone might be trying to search for a solution, so I like to put in enough information so they can figure it out themselves, if its 1-2 years down the road, and I'm no longer checking the thread.)
Could you put the files somewhere? It'd be great.
I kind of wish they took the "game" part of it out... it's not really that great when it's all just random anyway.

Sure, I can drop it here... I don't have a mega or anything, and really don't care to make one. If someone wants to take it, upload it, claim credit...I really don't care. By all means.
The sad part is...to get these to work, you need the HTML5 version. (gotten from the Selectacorp site).
But those videos are broken. The Mysteria Lane on this site is not the HTML5 version, but the video names are correct and functional. You copy the videos from that version into the HTML5 version to get playing videos. (and then overwrite the scripts to remove the randomness) To get out of the videos in game so you don't get stuck, you have to click in the little white gap just to the left of them.
Hopefully, this helps someone.
