Yea it's more of the second option, Sarah just wants to make the MC happy. Glad to hear you enjoyed the update!
Unfortunately Samantha won't get any more scenes, the remaining updates are Sassy, Susan, Sarah and Scarlett (Scarlett's ending will include Wendy, Shauna and Stephanie). After those are done I will move onto the next game.
So other characters will pretty much remain as they are, assuming I don't change my mind for some reason.

All 3 of Susan's routes will get more scenes, she's probably going to win the current poll, which means Susan's ending update would be 1.3, after Sassy's update 1.2.

Edit: After playing through about 4–5 routes, I have to admit that I am very disappointed. How can a game with a title and premise like this be so sickeningly wholesome? I honestly don’t think I’ve even played many vanilla games that are as nice and pleasant as some of the routes in this game.

All the characters are so unnecessarily nice to the MC that even the little bit of humiliation that is there doesn’t work at all. It instead feels like an intentional subversion of the genre, sometimes almost like a parody, where every single character pauses to give the MC a trigger warning, explains exactly what they are about to do and asks for a written consent form. I am more into the hardcore stuff in general and I try to keep that in mind when talking about a game, but I don't think that is the issue in this case.
Besides that the writing was okay for what it is, the koikatsu models look decent too and the occasional animation was done well. I am not trashing the game itself, but rather the way it presents itself to the outside compared to what it actually is.

When I first came up with the premise, I was thinking of making some of the stories more NTR heavy, but after I did Sophia's route, I kind of realised I didn't like writing pure NTR that much. So a lot of characters like Scarlett and Shauna ended up leaning more toward netorase/cuckolding. I think I will also keep going in this direction, on the next game, I just like writing netorase/cuckolding more.
If you haven't done Sophia's route, that might be more up your alley, also Susan's futa route has some pure NTR/Cheating, if you missed that. (You can reach it by telling Susan to not become a pornstar and then not defending her, when Simon makes fun of her.) Edit: Forgot to mention, that route will also get more scenes in 1.3.
Also I know you specifically said, that your comment wasn't a compliment, but I can't help but take it as such lol.

But humiliation, SPH, and beta stuff are not intrinsically linked to NTR at all. So even if you don’t want to include much NTR in your game, that doesn’t explain why the beta humiliation aspect seems to be completely absent. Therefore when you say that you take my comment as a compliment that just makes me even more confused about what kind of game you wanted to create in the first place. The game itself and your intentions seem like the complete opposite of what the title, description, and tags suggest, which is honestly all I am bummed about.

I feel like the game does have a lot of SPH, maybe it's not as hardcore, as you'd prefer, but I feel like it's definitely there. Out of all the characters only Samantha actively likes the MCs size.
Scarlett for example never even lets the MC touch her, while she's with several other people in front of him, I don't really know how I would make it more humiliating, than not being allowed to even touch a person, just because of your size. If that doesn't count as humiliation for you, then I guess we just disagree on what is humiliating.

Susan doesn't care about your small dick anymore towards the end of her Route, which means I removed the aspect I played her route for from the game by playing her route, which is very ironic.
Selena never cared and is probably the poster child for being nice and wholesome.
Samantha actively likes it.
Stella has a completely different thing going on entirely and while she makes fun of you at the very beginning it becomes clear really fast that she does not care about dick size at all and is simply not interested in her dogs having dicks at all be they big or small. There is nothing specifically pathetic about the MC that makes her choose him. She tries with anyone she thinks may fall for her.
Sarah worships and loves your from the very beginning, like I said I don't think I could easily come up with a vanilla game where the MC is as unconditionally loved by his love interest like Sarah does the MC. (Which I would love to play through in any normal Romance game not gonna lie. Just not here)
I haven't played Scarlet's route yet but the whole point of me commenting here is that I simply gave up since none of the routes I played gave me what I came for and it doesn't make sense to keep going just to be disappointed more. The game wasn't for me at all and I accepted that besides my confusion about it.

If you're still willing to give it a shot, I would recommend trying Scarlett or Shauna, I think those two would fit what you like the best (the MC does not get to have sex in either of those routes).
But I get it, if you're not interested in the game anymore, thanks for giving it a try nonetheless.
