That warning just means, that you are not able to return to the daily cycle after you continue.

So it's recommended you save there and then load that save, once you're done with Sarah's path.

I love this game. And as such, I wish the "Completed" tag was merely a suggestion, not a statement. The following I would very much like added to the game:

1. A more cheating/NTR-oriented branch for Siobhan. Make it a twist to the usual formula in that the main character can cheat on HER with other futanaris, who proceed to rail him behind her back. Bonus points if he then introduces other girls he's friendly with to the church.

2. A girl who herself has a massive futanari fetish, one bordering on obsessive worship. She actually catches feelings for the main character, so her idea of love is to "prepare" him to be the perfect feminized husband. Essentially a futanari-heavy story of corruption.

3. A girl who has a cheating fetish (not a cuckolding one) and a breeding fetish. In this case the relationship advances at a rapid pace, she turns off the censoring almost immediately etc... all for the purpose of railing as many men (and futas) behind his back. Focus on "oblivious NTR." After a certain point she wants to have children... with literally anyone other than the MC. Since the entire thing operates on moon logic, just introduce a concoction that speeds up pregnancy. Did you try his newest game yet? the "Landlady", "Roommate", and Roxanne seem to be very similar to what you want for 1. and 3. 2. is kinda Ava, but she doesn't want a long-term relationship it seems.
