I think that comment was in 1.0, so the non-NTR content after that, would be Siobhan's storyline, Sassy's storyline and Sarah's second update.

Also Susan got another update, but in order to reach the romance section, you do have to watch her with other men first. Same thing sort of applies to Scarlett, in order to see the "alpha" path, you do have to play through Scarlett's first update, which has NTR.
