It is a kink. Maybe not looking at the mosaics per se, but being prohibited (as part of humiliation, sissification...) from watching porn; at least that's how I understand this kink. I don't know what approach the dev of this game has, but if you go to pornhub or xhamster, etc. and search for "censored loser porn" you'll find a bunch of vids. Personally I'm not a fan, but I'll check the game if only out of curiosity.

I thought Germany is more metal than thatHmm, where did you get that. If I remember right. Dying light 1 wasn't forbidden. It got no USK (PEGI). So it wasn't released in Germany, but could be legally imported. That is the moment when I as a Prussian like my Austrian brothers.
Dying light 2 is up to be rated by the USK. If not again there is always Austria.
