I've been wondering for quite a while now but while most of CEO NEET's animation have 720p resolution and 30fps, some of them differ, such as:
60fps:
202205_GenshinImpact_Ganyu_Climax

202212_FGO_Martha's Climax and Loops
202303_AzurLane_Formidable's Climax and Loops

1080p resolution:
202301_SENRANKAGURA_Asuka's Climax and Loops
I can't find their supposed normal files anywhere (for free) online, I don't know if this comes from CEO NEET or if the few pirates provided us have changed the files. If it's from CEO NEET, then is there a reason why these changes were made, if it's from the providers, then may we have the original files?

They specifically made the Ganyu video 60 FPS. You can double check the Patreon to see their comments on it.

Ahh you was faster <3. Horusuke released the last 2 Releases on hist Fanza account, guess as a Christmas present.
Don't believe the project files are in the releases. The pictures are made by horusuke and afaik he doesn't release any .clip or .psd either.

That big Archive somewhere in the post has the Movies upscaled(The 4k ones) and possibly partially interpolated/reencoded.
They mention it in the read me kinda.
Originals I have are all the 1200X or 1500x Versions, some Japanese seem to refuse HD lol there is still 1600x image sets released on say DLSite or Fanza.
Don't ask me why though maybe someone else can answer that.
