sorry for my ignorance or if this has been asked before. I tried to search for it but yea...
I see the signal for Cleos but I cant find her anywhere. I have checked the Library all week all times of day and just nothing.
I installed the x-mas fix but still having no luck. What can I do? or what am I missing?

I have no idea which event you are asking about, can you put a screen image of the quest window?
Did you go to the portal room she must have created and linked it to your room...
i dont think shes on the stat page. i dont see her. maybe i should just make a new game and start over fresh.
I think the card unlocks at the Library before closing time. Should be when cleosEvent is equal to 3.
Posting a save might be faster then guessing at what value you're at.
I think your save has crashed, you can join discord and ask someone to fix it for you, or just restart the game
