could be render issue, Hold Shift+G when you start the game and select a different renderer.

Possibly your persistent file have crashed, you need to move the persistent file in both save paths to somewhere outside. (don't delete it, just in case it wont solve the issue so you can readd them)
save path one: inside path Champion of Realms/game/save
save path two: inside path C:/users/{user_name}/Application Data/RenPy/ChampionOfRealms-{some_random_number} (This is going to be different for each device, the one I put is for Windows machine)
Nop, can you check if you have any red coloured evnts in event tracker for her. (other than promenades they are optional)
How do I get the meeting with the girls they are all in the house already how do I tell them to meet me in the meeting room?

if you have met her, meeting happens in morning, and also you should have given all of them their rooms
Did that and nothing happened, guild still missing. So I think I'm stuck there forever until I get someone else save, because I dont feel like doing all the game again to this point...

When you say event tracker did you mean click the Girls button and then click on Cleos?
As per this you have completed it and if am not wrong, it shouldnt affect further story progress, except for that quest will never disappear. Though this is not event tracker, this is girls card. You can see Event tracker at the bottom of the screen, among, save load and options. It list all events. and allows to quickly replay them, if you have unlocked it.
Can you check side girls button in Event tracker from bottom of screen, and send an image of that.
I asked the side girls events list, click side girls which is below main girls tab and click the black the sqaure and that screen image
You have completed the jins event, check the hint what was that for and the name of last event here. you should be able to even replay it from here
I can replay the event (Joining the ranks), but the quest is still there marked as unfinished
