I figured out how to fix Bullet Hell. I used unren and forced the game to reload where the guild should be and it triggered.

I checked in Event Tracker for Cleos. All Green.
I only have 5 Red entries under Unknown's Events.
In Event Tracker when I clicked on Estia I got a traceback.

The bug will be fixed in 0.65, the missing unknown events are for a side girl, to trigger the first evnt go to main-street->pub during morning.
it will unlock the wuest for that girl and you can follow up from there.
Once you have all of her quest completed, go to pub during noon (this evnt is not listed in the event tracker, nor there is a hint, so chances are everyone will miss it)

Sandbox is not annoying as crap + No grinding? and the animations are pretty clean?! Not entirely finished with the game but so far it's been pretty good.
Advertising like every other dev that does that. Not many check their Discord settings to prevent things like this.

Otherwise the MC wouldn't have been all pissed off and changed, then the harem wouldn't have come to his rescue...and the story couldn't advance....and so forth....
who knows...maybe we'll get her back sometime...

isabel can be found in main street pub go there in morning.
Complete all Isabel evnts to see neon, or maybe you have seen her once based on how much main story you have complted, but you still dont know her name. After completing all isabel events go to work in her pub at noon.
there is only one side evnts as of now , which is actually a teaser, if you havent seen it , go to heras lab in morning and spam there.

probably because isabel first scene only triggers if you visit the pub in the morning
isabels events are actually in the event tracker. there are three tabs there, main story, main girls and side girls. You have never scrolled have you
And yes isabels first event trigger at the morning only
It's part of the story, sadly... I don't think there will be a way to revive her.
