Probably genital growth, both in size and bits where there were not bits before. Plus, that one purple character in the banner is a slime, so something will probably be done with that.

I do not know about this one, but the first game had one instance I can think of that could not be skipped. A lamia got role-reversed. Apart from that, I think the rest had to be looked for.
Correction: there is a decision you make early on in the first game in a conversation with Nenet.

I am now willing to wager this game will be no different. You are safe.
