So, played the update, amazing work, the game is getting better with every single line. But its stil early in the process i would say. Many many hints during the story, nearly nothing is revealed yet. Its obvious to me that there will be at least 3 very different paths, but its not really separated yet... you can compete against jaye and beeing even hostile, or youre by her side.
But thats nothing that matters to me, of course its the lovestory that matters (and the whole story behind the company and the science thing), and there is not really a branching point yet, its a huge plus of the game that there are only 2 main Loveinterests, i would highly recommended to not change that... yeah maybe add some side-girls like Erica, Linda or so... but i think to focus just on Mal and Jaye is the right thing to do.
Chapter 3 was the first chapter so far where its not possible to achieve all the trust and love points for both girls at the same time... its the first time you have to choose between the two, it doesnt effect the outcome really yet, but i think its clear now... you will not end up with both girls. And iam completly fine with that. But i like them both very very much and cant decide here... so i will play of course two playthroughs at the same time.
But the game is not advanced enough to do so yet... as i mentioned, there are no different outcomes yet you can go for both girls to this point (the slightly different outcome of points doesnt matter at this point). its not getting real serious yet, little bit of teasing and kissing, nothing more, but thats just perfect in my book, this must be a slow burn.
Sex is only with the side-girls (just to check the lewd-box i would say) and thats fine, but i would prefer it if its avoidable in the future, didnt like the Fiona scene. All the other sex was avoidable, besides Tara, but that scene was necessary for the story i would say, the Fiona scene not so much... maybe it will be important later in the game, dont know about that... but i would prefer to get the chance to decide which girls the MC want to be with.
Iam a sub at patreon for you guys, and i will not change that. This game is just great. But i will wait some updates more until i play again, until its actually worth it to play different paths and the story really advanced way more than now.
Hopefully you guys will get more support for your work, like drifty for Leap of Faith (btw nice cameos in both games) iam a little bit dissapointed that this game got only ~600 patreons... considered the high quality of the game and what others DEVs make. So keep it up, my support is for sure, but i will wait a little bit, maybe until Chapter 5 or 6 to play some more.

Am I the only one who thinks Tara = Best Girl? I mean she is just perfectly crazy and caring the same time, too bad she is just a side girl.

Tara had her moment of glory by trying to restrain the MC by fucking while pretending to be Jaye. But she was clear at that time: it was just one time. Tara is a very close childhood friend of Jaye and the MC and it cannot be otherwise. It is quite different with Mallory. And there all the options are on the table (or in bed!).

if it had been such a cerebral and planned act as you mean it would have been worth nothing, the incredible strength of that scene is that there are the repressed desires of all 3 participants, Tara is not a puppet at Jaye's service, she does it for her but also for him, and only with him would she have done it
having said that, it is all very well for the story to want to go further, but I wouldn't minimise what is now the best moment, by far, of the story told

Finished up the game so far, and I'm a fan! Great renders, an actual story to follow, and tension is rising.
So far I'm interested in both Mallory and Jaye, but I think I'd be leaning towards Jaye. It sure seemed that way during the post-chapter summary too - apparently for Mallory I only got 8/13 trust and 9/17 love. How am I missing so much with her, everything prior was full?
I know that the sunbathing scene made me have to choose who gets points / split the points, but I'm now wondering if I somehow triggered missing stuff with Mallory...

After starting this game, that shapes to be an interesting one although I am still in the prologue, I can say with certainty that so far, what I like the most, over the crispy renders, the intriguing storytelling, the level pacing ...

I am pretty sure somewhere down the line the developer figured he could get away with minor brand references but he kept going for the alt-names for the laughs and I am glad he did.

I believe you need to tell Mallory "This doesn't feel right" when she asks the MC to help her with her intimacy issues at the end of Chapter 3. You may also need some minimum points with her (to leave 'a sliver of hope') when doing so; I got it with Love 9 and Trust 9 (at the time I made the choice).
Meanwhile, I was replaying the game yesterday and I stumbled across a new, extremely puzzling question I had not previously considered:
Where did Erica take this picture? The room and furniture look nothing like the lodge, but it seems unlikely she'd take the picture somewhere else. So what's the story here?

The lodge is pretty big, we probably didn't see half of it even. Could be any room. The furniture inside the lodge doesn't seem outdated at all and fits well with what's in the picture.
