It's not a harem. You can have sex with several characters, just not end up with more than one, possibly two.
What Jarulf said. One problem with the "harem" tag as defined here is that it requires 3+ LIs. So throuple paths with 2 LIs don't currently have a tag that differentiates them from games with only monogamous routes.
If/when the new F95 tags roll out, they're adding a polyamory tag that would cover throuples (and larger polycules).

No, there is just an epilogue, and remaster of the older content to make it all look the same.
They have a new game coming in early/mid 2025 called Firebreak/Fire Break, something Fire.
