Those were made by the artist ChaosKen, his signature on the bottom right. He shared Tara on the AVN_Lovers subreddit.
It looks like Kentyrr has gradually changed Jaye's skin tone. She used to be orange like Trump in the earlier renders and looks pretty realistically tanned in the latest preview pic.
