If the game is going to contain Ntr in the end, despite the polls, you should report the thread so that section in the OP's overview can be removed or updated, since whoever reads that will think that the game won't have that content, but in reality it will.
Game looks interesting but still at the start.
One girl is already pregnant even when there was no sex scene.
The Girlfriend having a pregnancy counter is always good.
But when I read the comments correctly, there won`t be any NTR, which could have added an interesting touch to the game.
But I would say to many characters, which could hinder the story progress.

According to the figures I see at the top of the OP, the votes are more in favour of NTR than against it.
- "No NTR, harem and incest" cannot be considered here since "NTR and harem and incest" is not offered. Therefore, there is no guarantee that the second choice will score less than the first choice's mere 23.8%.
- As for the other choices concerning NTR, all those in favour of NTR have a higher score than their equivalents without NTR. You don't need to be a genius to understand the players' opinion.

Not sure what that was about im both alright with/without NTR?
My character was named,I loaded my save and every 2nd or 3rd click id get error after error i clicked ignore on them
BUT got to be to much so deleted and moved on and perhaps when game is completed 100% ill return and start fresh then

NameError: name 'Ma' is not defined means the variable is null. is that Mother's name? dont remember

thats because renpy is not saving the game but dumping the entire programstate into the file which is why loading a broken savegame can force you to restart the entire program. and the reason for the security scare some time back when it was discovered this can be exploited.
ren'py developers never should've used python.pickle for this even if its a shortcut to forcing the developers to keep accurate track of their variables themself. though it would have stopped the "changed some minor code, you have to start a new run" shit. probably. hopefully. ah might never know

Game is pretty good, but the renders are way too grainy and washed out for me. Hope the dev makes them more realistic in the future.

In my uninformed opinion, NTR is blunted pretty hard when there is a harem. "Oh no, Chad Thundercock fucked my Lucy! I just guess I will need to cry myself to sleep on my pile of other bitches." It just doesn't hit the same. I'm sure it could be done, but the result would be even more ridiculous than either genre, which both have their problems.

Dev says his patreon members didn't want ntr before then went and said there won't be ntr for a while I guess to trick people into supporting them longer then now they are going to do ntr anyway good luck dev trying to support yourself when you lose all those supporters and are left with the ntr lovers if they even pay you who will constantly tell you to make it a normal part of the story and not just avoidable but now to most other people you are going to be an untrustworthy dev for going back on your word multiple times.

belzeebub is spelled beelzeebub on line 1208.
There are quite a few typos in the game.

if there was a soft ntr option where if we didnt give enough attention to a party they might leave us, not saying stolen, just left us for other options then it wouldve been more interesting. since we would be forced to focus on the conversations to show them that they are cared for and thus not just skip through the dialog to get to the scenes.
