4.0? the current one? There's Vanny with the endo when you first meet her, the three phases of the chica blowjob with the endo when you get grappled and the two preview scenes when you lose to an endo in the 4 endo room by losing all your health. So 4 (to my knowledge, i could be dense). Remember they are all animated so if they aren't for you, start a new run (in a different save file if you have one), dont save, dont lose (to a non-endo)

Pretty sure when you save a run, at any point, the animations just dont work anymore. Luckily it's only the chica bj pov scene and i think the vanny one that breaks. This is supposedly getting fixed next update which will be anywhere between late January to ehhhhhhhhhhh 2390478 years.

I remember this discussion. It breaks if you save using the menu. If you only save through the tv in the safe zones, then the animations dont break.
