okay guess I have to revive to let everyone know, the update is real but theres's one last issue that's being fixed that supposedly shouldn't take long, chicas victory screen is bugged for some reason and once that's fixed the update will be released, so don't lose all hope, but expect at least a week or two of delay, maybe it could be fixed tomorrow it could be a while from now because that was said three days ago...

CURSE THOSE SHADOWY FIGURES OF RPG MAKER!!! Well, it was bound to happen, I guess. Worst-case scenario, it's JavaScript doing its own shenanigans. Seriously, that whole language is held together by duct tape and glue, AND THE WHOLE INTERNET RUNS FROM IT!! Like, I hate that if you do "5" + 5, you will get "55," but if you do "5" - 5, you get 0!! WHAT THE FUCK!??!?

as one of the donators it's been pretty rough, it's been a year since the last update and there's been nothing on the patreon since then either, we've had one poll total so far so I've basically just been burning money every month, it's getting to be a bit frustrating tbh but I'm holding onto hope we will eventually get an update. the few teasers we've had have been so good I'm willing to bite my tongue but yeah it's been rough. personally ill probably hold out another month or so before i just give up entirely.

Folks only have so much patience. ICSTOR learned that the hard way (I'll never forget that beautiful month when they lost a ton of supporters with many people reporting them for fraud on the way out). Then again, other developers have gotten away with worse so it can be a tossup for how long supporters can be strung along.

Rpg maker has been fucking Vanny for a while now, apparently the combat system alone took around a year of strangling to get to work the way vanny wanted it to, because a LOT of RPG maker is hard coded to hell
