i think there is something wrong with you if you really think a porn fetish has anything to do with what people like irl. or you are just still a teen.
You seem defensive, and I really didn't intend to direct any of my comment towards you. When I said I was curious, I really was just curious; it wasn't intended as a passive-aggressive affront, although I can see now how it could be interpreted that way, and I can only say that I wasn't intended to insinuate anything about anyone's sexuality. I'm sorry if it appeared otherwise.
That being said, I think the idea that there is
no connection between sex and fetishes is
ad absurdem. I'm fortunate(?) to live in an area where a lot of extreme porn is filmed, and as part of some of these fetishes, public participation is sometimes necessary for its filming (i.e. public humiliation/exhibitionism). The people who attend these shoots are, in fact, genuinely turned on by the subject matter (they're not paid). I don't think someone who watches porn incorporating a certain fetish
must want to experience that fetish in real life. I think someone who watches porn that incorporates a certain fetish
may or may not want to experience that fetish in real life. I suspect we agree on this. I would also extend that argument that people who enjoy a certain fetish are
more likely to want to experience that fetish in real life.
