Play some JSK games - they have same turn mechanics which will help you understand:
First you need is speed, speed is the key in turn based games like that. (what the point to increase atk or def if you won't be able to activate it in time.)
Exp boosting skill also a great choice (cuz it allows to grow faster, duh).

Alert-normal - detects normal attacks
alert-mental - detects telekinesis
Def - gives you protection from attacks such as: restraint, taking away your clothes or inserting toy.
Starting bottom skill - cuts dmg received for place its protecting, or completely ignores attack if you picked attack's alert type before, also reveals them that way.
Dude attacks your boobs with hand - first alert type and boobs protection skill and now you ignore his attack + he is ready to be arrested.
Dudes attacks your ass with telekinesis second alert type and protection of ass.
Don't forget that this combo helps to reveal bad guys, dont use as protection only
If you have almost completed guy and guy that just appeared, both of them us telekinesis but first goes after ass second after boobs its better to counter boobs cuz first guy will reveal himself anyway, by attacking while you are in alert-mental state.
