Btw, how do you do interpolation from 24 fps to 60? I tried flowframes but i can interpolate to 48 fps or 96, not 60

Go to Quick Settings tab and select 60 on Maximum Output Frame Rate and in the Interpolation tab select x3 and in the box with the fps it'll say 72 but since you put the limit the output video will be set @60fps, have fun.
note : in Quick Settings if the Maximum Video Input Size will be e.g 1080p and your video is 2160p then the output video will be down to 1080p, so if you don't want that and keep it as is, then set it to 2160p.
