I found it easier to just go to the save file location and open your save with notepad and find the values you wanted to change in there.

Go into %appdata% > Local > project_6 you should find your save file there labelled FakeFamily-slot0/ slot01 etc.

I can't open the cheat engine cause its CT file. What can I do?

before messing around with the values u should backup ur savefile because it can break the savefile.

Same Here. i'm absolutely sure i did it right. Is it cuz cheatengine is 7.5 now and not 7.2?

so you say because of version it is. have you tried 7.2?

do we need to rename the file to .exe? It unpacks as .ct file.

try this, start cheat engine then start game and load save if you have one.go back to cheat engine-go to file then open process and select fake family it will look like your picture but you should have some values instead of question marks.go back to file and load the file from here after which if you right click on the values in the bottom right box you should get more options-go to change values and enter what you want(game will limit some values to what is maximum)enjoy
