I'm trying to translate this game, but I can't seem to locate any font files (such as .ttf or .otf). The game doesn't display my translated text correctly, so I suspect the font is either embedded in the assets or stored in an unusual format. I've checked the usual directories but haven't found anything obvious. Has anyone found where the font is located or how the game handles fonts?

Wait for the newer version to come out first. This version is already old and a new one with new features and gameplay will come out soon.
Whoa, this game still gets updates? I thought it was done! Thanks for the heads-up. I’ll try to do a full translation when the latest version comes out. Right now, I’m figuring out how to localize it properly. I think I found the font, and since this game was made with GameMaker Studio, it looks like the fonts are packed inside data.win
you could try asking GDS himself. I believe he likes fan work as long as you are competent.
