I cant find the save file referenced in the walkthrough any where on my laptop. No project 6 in my appdata local. I have the game running off an external HD if that matters.

The files are located in C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Project_6.

No, not necessary I think. I completed this game without transferring my save data, but idk if there any specific advantages to transferring your save.
Also, don't forget to check out Hanna's boat trip! If I'm correct, that game chronologically takes place between Chloe18 and Chloe18 Vacations
