Did we figure out what needs to be done to unlock the last scene in the gallery?
Looks like I'm one of the few who gets the option for both dream sequences, but I don't understand why I didn't get the "Club" scene (I had enough depravity to get the extended scene in the last update, but maybe I just lost track of my saved paths)
Apart from that, I just want to comment that I think the unique backgrounds and little animations tying everything together are things that people don't recognize making this VN better than most of the others (and the detail and animations have even been getting even better with time).
But I also understand people saying the update feels "Short." I feel like previous chapters had a lot of "Tease" scenes where more dialogue took place over images of sexy female characters, adding to the anticipation for the lewd scenes and keeping players engaged with single frames longer. At the end of the day I guess it's a tradeoff between image/scene quality and overall quantity of content. I'll admit I'm not a patron, so I'm not going to complain about it.

if you have prev. version then unpack update and what's in folder copy to full game's folder.

I don't know what the mac layout looks like, but on PC there's a save folder inside the game folder. My only other advice would involve getting a walkthrough to make sure you're on Victoria's path.

You need to be in Vic's "Spellbound" route and agree to capture Gloria in Ch.7, incl high depravity.

Sadly, I think this is the direction the world is actually headed towards (based just on the text in the overview and nothing else). Where corporations and the rich are unofficially above the law (maybe even officially) because people have been becoming more and more corrupt that they can just pay politicians/government officials/law enforcement off to get what they want.
I personally have already had a big corporation, Walgreens, resort to (poorly) forging my written signature to fake documentation to get away with illegal retaliation and discrimination by making it look like I had acknowledged wrongdoing I had done (which should have been obvious that they were faked when 2 were signed and dated as occuring AFTER I was fired). Where the government official in charge of the investigation even agreed it looked like someone tried to sign it as me, and that their claim that I was fired because I didn't ignore/turn away customers in order to get other tasks done didn't make any sense and was a terrible business practice if that was the real reason (how many businesses actually tell their employees to tell customers to go away because you have to finish stocking products?). However, she skipped steps in the process (that she herself had laid out), such as giving me the same chance that they had to dispute my claims, and jumped straight to saying she decided in their favor. When I tried to have the local police do something about the forgery used to commit fraud and provided them evidence that the documents are fake, the officer in charge of the case told me after "investigating" it that he couldn't use the evidence and had to close the case simply because they said they didn't do it (without any evidence at all to support their claim or disprove mine).

Shift+D to open the developer menu. From there you can look at the variables (variable viewer) and find that the value for the name is formatted as "pf = u'FIRSTNAME'" and "pl = u'LASTNAME'".
So, can go back to the developer menu (or just use shift+o to reach the console) and type the following (assuming name you want is Bob Dole):
pf = u'Bob'
pl = u'Dole'
Another fun tool as long as I'm here is a save editor which works for renpy as well as rpg maker games assuming, for example, you're playing one that wants you to jump through hoops to collect chest keys to unlock booty call scenes. As an example.
