Very great game just didn't like the ending with every LI very short like your normal sex scene you find in every chapter feels not very special.

I think it took me 11-12 hours as well, but I read fairly quickly. The fact I spent time reading all the text and not skipping any tells you the story is worth it. The only part I found lacking was the last ~10% of the game where it starts to wrap things up.

Yeah I agree but I cut some slack to the dev because they would be criticized either way, that will always happens in a game with at least 6 ending branches (and people even wanted more endings :LOL:) and then the pressure to give enough closure content to each one with the production quality people are/were used to. Even if I agree with the general opinion that after chapter 7-8 the dev seemed a bit on a crossroad on how to wrap the product with quality and in a timely manner haha even seemed that the creation was overwhelming the creator :LOL:. In the end in my sincerely opinion I enjoyed the finished product, could be better? Yes, but also could have been much worse. Still 5 stars from me :)

If they made more endings they had to cut the animations made and probably story wise in those endings were even shorter and the critics would come.
If they made same endings but with less lewds and animations to add more story closure critics would come.
If made less endings (what was hard to do because there is was already clearly at least 4 LIs, I guess Chandra and even Sonja probably was a hard choice for the dev to cut from LIs, plus the alone ending and the alone "vic+gloria" ending that seemed that was cooked for long, at least since chapter 7) probably the closure of those endings were more satisfying story wise but would get critics anyway.

It was a hard balance choice and the final chapter already was very long in production time whichever of the 3 options above they chose, most people don't have much patience to wait for updates, and most don't even contribute financially for it on this site, like myself and I wish I could, that is why my patience is almost infinite if I see the creator fights to give a quality product and isn't simply delaying on purpose to finish it like some devs out there.

Edit: Wow sorry didn't realized that my rant went for so long, sorry for it Jaga Telesin. Wasn't aimed at you, just an opportunity to give my 2 cents about it.

It is kind of a vague question because I think there is more than one and seems kind of complex to explain (I followed the walkthrough but played that part long long ago), but for what I see in both pdf walkthroughs there is some conditions choices in chapter 2 interacting with Shanlon to "break" her and unlock scenes with her and Teri in chapter 8 and forward. I would advise you to follow the pdf walkthrough in the OP or the MrBubu pdf walkthrough that is on their particular walkthroughs thread, that one isn't updated yet up to the final update, only goes until the end of chapter 14.

Estou deixando aqui disponível uma tradução TEMPORÁRIA de The City Of Broken Dreamers para a versão 1.15. Esta é uma versão utilizável e funcional, mas com alguns erros de gramática, feitos por programas de tradução, não manualmente. Como vocês bem sabem, máquinas são sistemáticas e fazem traduções bem "zuadas". Eu sei que não é o ideal, mas é melhor do que nada, até que eu termine a tradução final.

Alguns erros de tradução também existem nos scripts, devidos as correções das versões anteriores do jogo feitas por Philly Games. Eu estou ciente destes erros e tenho a intenção de resolvê-los, mas preciso de tempo para revisar todos os arquivos de scripts, porque quero deixar uma tradução final com qualidade para o jogo.

Para instalar a minha tradução é bem simples. Basta baixar os dois pacotes, extrair(winrar ira extrair os dois pacotes automaticamente) e enviar a pasta "GAME" de ambos para o diretório BrokenDreamers 1.15. Eu tive que dividir a tradução em dois pacotes devido as limitações de armazenamento do F95 Zone.

Divirta-se!

PS: Se encontrarem qualquer problema relacionado a tradução, me avisem para que eu possa corrigir!

I am making available here a TEMPORARY translation of The City Of Broken Dreamers for version 1.15. This is a usable and functional version, but with some grammar errors, made by translation programs, not manually. As you well know, machines are systematic and make very messy translations. I know it's not ideal, but better than nothing, until I can complete the final translation.

Some translation errors also exist in the scripts, due to corrections to previous versions of the game made by Philly Games. I am aware of these errors and intend to resolve them, but I need time to review all the script files, because I want to leave a quality final translation for the game.

Installing my translation is very simple. Just download the two packages, extract (winrar will extract both packages automatically) and send the "GAME" folder of both to the BrokenDreamers 1.15 directory. I had to split the translation into two packages due to the F95 Zone's storage limitations.

Have fun!

PS: If you find any problems related to translation, let me know so I can fix it!
