Yes there is one in the OP but I don't recommend it, game is branched enough and the way it is written is confusing. Prefer the one from MrBubu in a diagram style that isn't in the OP and is somewhere in the over 20k posts of this game thread hehe Here is the link for it https://f95zone.to/threads/city-of-broken-dreamers-v1-15-0-ch-15-phillygames.25739/post-14647305. Also there is a multi mod in the OP with a walkthrough.

he was supposed to make game set in same universe but when that comes out is totally unknown.

That is a hard question since every player has their favorites and tastes but even if this isn't a harem game, you will only lock on a LI path very near the end, so there is no consequences to fool around with every LI and side char. But I can give my 2 cents based on my taste, since I prefer a bit more experienced women I would go with Victoria, I also like Katie since she is nerdy/doctor/scientist and I love nerdy girls haha. Gloria is the youngest and Ellen is the most rebel. Now you chose from your own taste hehe. I saw all the endings with each LI since you lock on them really near the end of the main story.

And others say, for 80-90% of the game you don't lock on any girl and can have them all if you play it right. You may even try to "maximize" the game and get as much scenes as possible in one go. But you'll probably need a walkthrough (or a lot of experience) for that.
The easiest of the women is Ellen, she just gives to you for free. Gloria and Katie are innocent types that have to be conquered and slowly seduced. And Victoria is a sly, manipulative type who treats sex like business but later changes a bit. So make your choice.

Yep because the first stage where you lock on a girl path is chapter 12 and you can even delay the answer to the final chapter 15 and even see all the remain side girl scenes after lock
.In my main playthrough I got almost all the gallery scenes in 1 go, just lacked a few where there was branches/variations that I needed to load a save that was made long ago and then there is the "enact victoria's plan" that is the path for the special alone ending that also have a few dedicated scenes, this path is very specific, only with the experience of a complete playthrough and even so is hard to meet all the requirements without guidance of a walkthrough.
But of course I used Mr Bubu walkthrough and as always I use URM in all renpy games I play, so had lot of guidance.

Victoria, romance route (but you can romance the other ones too for most of the game until one point).
On this route you'll make the most out of the story, in my opinion, so that the following playthroughs can be quicker.

since can freely fuck all until near end it's very tough but doc is good choice since she has helped mc most.

It was very funny to read how people criticized Philly for the fact that Victoria turned from a cold, calculating bitch who achieved her goals by any means into a sensitive and vulnerable person. And that now she is some other character and not Victoria.

I had completely lost track of the game by the eighth or maybe ninth chapter. so I restarted it practically from the beginning, partly because of problems with the saves but also because I couldn't remember everything.
it's still a great game, but the endings are quite disappointing, not the ending of the main storyline, that's good, very good, far above 99% of the other games. but the ending of the path of the single girls at the end is just one more sex scene, there's not this marked difference even between the certified LIs and other secondary girls. take for example Teri, they'll keep seeing each other so in the end it's an ending as much as the others.
for this reason i don't consider it a 5 star game
