It's an option. Just go with her from Todd's garage when she mentions getting food. You have the option of a conversation with Ellen or sex with Sasha.

I think you need to have a good score with sasha too, that means having been mr nice in the last few chapters.

You need a certain depravity score (I think 3) to be able to not pay for the cheerleader's taxi and then go with with Sasha to get food.
