There is an auto save at day start. Also you ma get used to save before event choice.

You need to go to the university district (the part where the 24/7 kiosk and the bus stop are) and need to be there around 15 minutes before your date.
To find out when you are supposed to be there there are 2 ways via your smartphone:
1. The calendar app ... it contains all dates you have for the coming few days
2. The lowermost app symbol (that looks like a fan opening) ... that contains lots of values. It also contains a part that days "Dates". There you can see the weekdays and times when your dates are to take place and also their descriptions.
Futa no, trans yes, but staying that way can be difficult if you're new to the game. The easiest non-cheaty way is to just develop a female figure for a while with the normal nightly transformation events and the breast & skin creams, and then use the physical-changes blocker spell (from the hobo downtown) so you don't lose your penis.
There are a few events to watch out for that will cause instant massive physical changes (e.g. AMI's birth control trial will give you female genitals, and there's an event in the park that will make your character fully male), so it's a good idea to keep multiple saves just-in-case.
You can use the cheat menu (particularly the "ring menu") or the actual body-changing ring artifact to have fine control over your transformations.
The potion lab in the mansion will also let you customize your body, but the effects are AFAICT always temporary.
Finally, one of the recent updates added superpowers (available through another AMI trial). It may take some save-scumming to obtain, but one of the powers allows you to transform at will. I haven't experimented with it much, so I'm not sure if it will do exactly what you want. If you want to get that power as quickly as possible, use the console cheat and enter the command

I took a look a the calendar and it's not there. The quest show up in the notes but in upcoming events the only thing i have is "drinks with Melissa" on Wednesday.
I missed the date the first time because another character dragged me to do a bunch of stupid shit the same day does it mean my save is bricked and i lose 12+ hours of play now or is there a way to get a new date later if i keep playing?
AFAIK normally you should get the SMS about Melissa freaking out a few weeks after the missed date again.
(unless Mugwump has changed this over the versions ... but I don't see any reason why he would do this)

Working as a sales rep I managed to get a woman to see me at a sales meeting at Kelly's pub, done that and since then nothing.
You call people, they accept the meeting, it says : meet them at x o'clock at Kelly's, you go there and nothing. They don't show up, there is no prompt for meeting them, nothing to click on. Is this a bug?
