I have been wondering the same. It should be enough that you purchase enough food to fridge (that will be automatically eaten during morning and evening) or eat outside once per day, not need to manually keep eating every few hours, which becomes boring very fast.

Dick size increase requires from what I remember successful sex with women. Need to get 10 more successes then failures (failure is getting humiliated and/or the woman in question pulling out a strapon). And you need to do that 2 or 3 times.
For staying male it is also imperative you control Arousal. Once you go over 10 points of Arousal every 10 points feed 1 point into the base transformation counter (at minimum once every 30 mins in game time but the function that checks gets called in a lot of places).
And you need to become a gymrat since you need to do weightlifting every day.
The rest is slowing/stopping the mental changes since at certain thresholds they start feeding into the physical changes. Wear the most conservative outfit you can find. DO NOT talk to the girl in Fairhaven. Except maybe for the eye drops ignore the pharmaceutical tests. No flirting ever. If you get the employment offer in the cafe do not use it. In fact only take the day jobs found that the market square to be safe (should be enough to cover Fairhaven while allowing you to save 10-25 per day). Always say no to the physical changes. If the shaman offers help stop the mental changes since just doing weightlifting should stop all physical transformations that are not controlled by choices during sleep.

So, if you actually have the crystal explode (and reverse you to male form) you should immediately go to the mall and either buy new clothes, or visit the tailor there in order to have your clothes be stitched to fit your new shape.

When you run Qqsp.exe, you have to select the game file to run. So once the program opens, from the 'Quest' drop-down menu, select and open the game (which ends with file name .qsp).
You click on the settings and a new window will popup. Once it is open, paste the command in, then hit okay.
