Okay, but we have some standarts here, as you might have noticed. Most of the games here use another versioning. That's why it confuses everybody.

What you call standards are not standards at all, it’s just pure confusion and anarchy. SemVer is a standard.
With that being said, don’t worry Higurashika , I’ll be consistent with the way I’m versioning the game so that nobody will end getting confused even more. I could even add a splash screen that says that the game is still in active development so that people won’t think that this game is completed (even if there’s a specific section on the game description on the first post that says Completed: NO)

Sorry for my reply, I thought you were suggesting me to increase the font size for the next update. Actually you can't but I'll add an option in the next update for you to make the font size bigger.

Hmmm let's say a standard is something that exists no matter you're a developer or not. For it to exists a standard requires some rules. You're confusing a standard with a habit.

Something like v0.37C-Part2 is not a standard. It's just a way to keep track of your work in a way which is very customized on your idea of versioning. Which is fine, but it's not a standard.

Last but not least, if you're not a dev it doesn't mean you can't learn something new as I tried to explain how to read those numbers. If you want and you're interested I could share some links with you about semver.

Can we get back to discussing the game imo. I could care less if its update 10,000 guacamole edition. Who friggin cares it's just a way for the dev and the users to discuss updates. So please this is now update 1.08 who gives a shit, people making issues out of this is OCD as fuck. BTW, Semantic versioning does not start major changes with 1. It starts at 0 for beta versions. It starts with 1 for full-featured public releases.
