Look for my posts on this thread, I explained quite a few times.
TL;DR : sh*tpurple is a scammer and AFAIK, ruined Breeding Season, 1 or 2 new animation since around 2019, several artists come and go(and fukin GOOD ones!) without any actual impact to the game. Shit you can see today - is the same shit I saw 2 years ago. And same shit I saw 5 years ago. And the same shit I saw in 2017(with maybe several minor changes).
If you have some experience in gaming(about 5-10 years of playing different titles), you can just read version changelog and see there is no actual progress for YEARS. So you can just enjoy some animations and after 3-5 years come again and answer the same question I'm answering now)

I spent a lot of time breeding monsters for nice colors and important traits, and then I didn't succeed until a year later in the game and found out that they would graduate from my farm? This sucks!
The developer of Cloud Meadow was involved in a failed project called Breeding Season in the past, which brought about a bunch of drama, that some people still indulge in to this day. Take what people in this thread say with a grain of salt.

"The state of development of Cloud Meadow currently, is also something garnering a good bit of annoyance. Updates are pretty slow, and is mostly consisting of bugfixes. The game also hasn't had any significant additions to the porn side of the game, for a very long time.
In regards to many people calling Spurple a scammer, I doubt that is actually the case. You'll see disgruntled people say the same about many other developers, without any actual proof. Games take time to make, especially a game as ambitious as this one, and none are without their problems during development.
So again, take the complaint-posts with a grain of salt.
That said, the game is pretty fun, as is, so give it a try.
It's funny to read ppl break their very first message after a whole year of silence and it's riddled with copium lol, maybe you should stay quiet then
They will stay if their affinity is high enough (gold hearts pop out when you pet them) AND you must attend their graduation.
It's honestly such a shame that a game with this good of an aesthetic is this much of a clusterfuck. Both from a game design and business practice standpoint
