Interesting game. I'm not sure about the sandbox aspects, but the more-or-less linear story is excellent.

I have only one real criticism. How old is the MC supposed to be? Because the MC's face looks about 12 yrs old, but he's supposed to be the same age as his old, bald manager?

The bald manager has just aged poorly, lol. But the MC is supposed to be about 35 and he just has a baby face which is probably why the women are so keen on dominating him sexually

Whoring out is optional. The only way to gain money is to make the girls work at the club, but they can just work as bartenders and traditional talking hostesses if you don't want to see any of your students violated.

Yeah, the coffee stuff seems to be bugged for some characters. I'll fix that later for the next minor version. Also, rollback is disabled at certain spots deliberately. I know people feel strongly about it, but I felt like it had to be done for the safety of the data structure and to prevent re-rolling random events.

Game was ok, lots of unfinished story lines/conversations, which is the case for every game, but this puts it out there you click on a girl from random event and says it isn't implemented. Started getting errors trying to access the club menu to change the girls, as their mood started dropping. Only managed to find one sex scene, with Olivia, whose the loli of the group... /shrug
Needs a few more updates I guess to set the foundation properly. Lust Academy started rough too and turned into a gem.

Yup oral on Olivia. I haven't given up on the game, I think it could be interesting when it's fleshed out some more, looking forward to scenes with Nanako, Shirley, and Mina. The script errors with the club menu just eventually made me stop.

There is sort of a quest log in the journal. The tips for the main storyline appear under the MC and on the characters will be more or less vague tips on what to do. They're not super good at the moment, so I'll work on them.

If you download the patched version v0.051, the bug has been fixed and you can manage your club properly again. Or if it doesn't, let me know and I'll troubleshoot it for you.
