Seems to be working for me again. No clue why I couldn't see the site yesterday.
I have a question, in the files, Catherine seems to have a Halloween costume, but I can't get her to wear it. Is it not implemented? Or is there something I need to do?

How far into the content are you? There is a whole school-wide halloween event, but I think you need a lot of stats and story progression to trigger it.
I trigger it and she is wearing civilian clothes during it, the outfit in the files look like a sexy nun costume
Read the posts in the week after the 0.088 release, and you will find it several times.
The grind is minimal in this game, so you don't really need the cheat menu to progress.
I can't believe we had a lemonade stand reference. This game is very very odd sometimes. I think I have been grinding more than necessary and so far the dominate path is quite underwhelming/doesn't have much logical progression. (does anything in the game go by logic tho let's be real). I enjoyed the lawyer event, though there were a few times where I was a bit annoyed by the linear nature (the order in which you bring up each clue seems arbitrarily decided at times). I have no idea what is going on with the demon yet. I find myself laughing on multiple occasions throughout and the renders are generally very nice, so it's easy to keep going.
What's the easy way to get cash? Ended up using cheats to build up the latter half of the hostess club/brothels thinking that's where the schoolgirl prostitution scenes would be hiding. Really didn't much have much interest in pursuing their individual questlines if those took me outside of the club.

It's been a while since I had to build up cash. As far as I remember, it was having the girls working in the club, which gave the most cash. It was before auto rotation were introduced. Now a days, I think you can get the cash you need by hitting sleep till next day 3-5 times. I think what delayed me the most, was the research needed, and you can't cheat you way out of that, and it's still needed to get to the events in the club.
You are not alone about waiting impatiently for the prostitution part. Given the name of the game, this is really where the focus of the game should be, but we are still waiting.
The other part of the game isn't bad at all. It's just not what we expect given the name, game tags and description of the game.
Despite being over 3 years old, this game is still very much in the early stages. The name club detention, would indicate that the focus is on the club, but that is unfortunately not the case. It's pretty clear that the game has developed in a completely different direction, that original planned. The demon and lawyer case was all ideas that the dev. got later, and just throw into the game to see how they would play out. That of course makes the game look all over the place, instead of a narrow path.

Yeah... I would also love for the game to focus more on the club, corruption and prostitution scenes. Some side scenes like the sex shop make sense in the story, but all the paranormal stuff seems to be out of place, to tell the truth. Would be nice to see more sex and animations aswell.
I strongly doubt we will see any update this year. According to discord, the dev. recently moved to a new home, and spend at least a month fixing it before the move. It's almost 2 months since he was last online here. He has been posting in discord at least every second week. That often happens when the real life hits him. So he will be back, but probably not until after new year.
