I could be a couple days wrong, but I personally look at October 7 (depends on what time zone you live in, mine is GMT+3).
UPD: After some arithmetic operations, I am more inclined to October 10.

I can't start a new game, and i can't load any specific saves, only the latest one. There isn't even a button to just "New Game" or "Load" am i missing something? (well, aside from those buttons)

Umm, did your game crash just before? If it did, just Start. If not, I'm not sure what's going on...
