I've been playing this game for at least 2 years, and never started from scratch yet. The few issues there has been, has all been fixed by a hotfix from the dev.

As I wrote before. We will never agree on this topic, so let this be the last from me on that subject.
The gallery is in the persistent file, so unless you have a copy of that one, you will have to play the game to unlock the gallery.
That said. There is normally a copy of both the save files and persistent file in a sub folder, somewhere in your users folder. Have you deleted those files too? If not, it's strange that the game don't use the save and persistent file from that folder automatically.

In the Hostess Club management screen click "novice" under Natalie's picture. If she has a high enough level you can select the maid path

It's easy to miss.
XP earned in a career path isn't reset, so you can switch streams at any time with no penalty.

I have the copy but when I put it in the folder and run the game for some reason the file reset (I'm playing in joyplay I don't know If it has anything to do with it)
Well. You can easily test that theory. Try to launch the game without using joyplay.
Probably because the day only have 24 hours, and the dev. having a real life that requires his attention from time to time. Animations will just mean even longer between updates, and less content in each update.
