Is that even a genre?. I like those type of stories, because it is like a "be careful what you wish for" or a comeuppance, learning a lesson the hard way. Like the game "Succubus Contract" in which a guy wishes he can have girls all the time,meets mysterious woman at a bar,he vents to her. He goes home and wakes up a female.Is this another game in which you are slowly turn into woman?
If so, please add the tag "gender bender".
I try to avoid these games....

Personally, I like to read about similar things, but I don't like being forced to be such a woman in the game.
But I don't mind if it's a woman who has been (at least partially) turned into a man (Like in "The Last Demon Hunter").
If I had to explain...
It's similar to the fact that most straight men consider lesbian porn to be sexy, but gay porn disgusting.
I think it is easier to explain what I don't like. There is a game called "Size Queen Cruise Ship." What I didn't like about it is that while the PC was a male, they were cruelly mocked for their physical inadequacies and failures as a lover. It read as border line abusive although I suppose it could be defended as a humiliation fetish. A curse or magic run amok is more acceptable for a forced transformation as long the story is about the PC trying to get back their manhood or embrace their new femininity. I guess I don't like revenge fantasies masquerading as porn.

You will often be given a condition or task, after which you will change back, but during its fulfillment you will decide that you are much happier when you are a woman.
Sometimes the small details are different, but the basis is the same.
I find it very boring and predictable.

I dont think it matters in this game. The game is broken full of bugs and the creator has not really done any major updates in a very long time. The creator is active in other projects but not this.
I hope the developer focuses more on this game because i think it has a lot of potential and i really like it.

No updates have been on the patron site regard CNTU just Zenofae and Mommy Parts which I suspect the creator doing too many things at once.
I understand your point as it relates to art. Porn will always have a predictable aspect given that at a meta level the audience knows why they are watching. No one wonders if the erect cock will cum, it will. A story where the character didn't embrace the transformation and instead hated it would read more sadistic than sexual. I think it would mess with the tone. What are your 5% examples of the genre done well?

Games where you are not forced into boring and predictable situation and you have some freedom in which direction you can go. Fenoxo and his Corruption of champions + T.I.T.S. offers a lot of gender bender content, but everything is optimal and you are not forced to do anything. The Last Demonhunter also has a decent gender bender content and I must not forget Superhuman.
If developers want to focus on this topic, they need to make their games interesting.
For example, this game.
Personally, I would make one change that would not have such a big impact on the story and would allow the author to keep 75% of the content. Instead of being changed into a woman at the beginning of the game, I would give the protagonist the ability to change into a woman. Magic, technology or drug that he must take regularly every 8 hours. Then I would come up with some reason why MC stays in school (right now, every man with a brain would want to leave immediately.) A witness protection program or a school principal investigation (for example, because of the sex slave trade) would be most appropriate.
Thanks to that, the game would finaly have some plot.
Not just a man turned into a woman for the purposes of a man turned into a woman.
In addition, the protagonist who is not a woman 24/7 is much more interesting and thanks to that you can perform many more interesting and fun activities.
