-Go on the beat with Captain Sawyer (ask about sex crimes during the day at the CCPD - needed to unlock Harley's den, also need Super-Agility as starting superpower).

Alternatively, open console and type:

mcagility = 1
to acquire that Super-power.

Then, apparently, the Russian hacker (probably paid for by Putin) who made the i-patch with the ultimate aim of perverting the family-friendly nature of my love story between a landlady and her landboy/tenant was incapable of changing the dialogues to something adequate.
Hence, one must conclude that I did a great job at foiling Putin's lackeys' subverting attempts to disrupt the true and genuine meaning of my game (ie: a deep love story between a landlady and her landboy for those who weren't following).

It's nice to know that the fight against the "bloody regime" is going on all over the world and in all aspects. We will not allow the henchmen of totalitarianism to encroach on the beautiful love story of the protagonist and his landlady and his roommate.
