After a thousand times, none of them is pregnant in my game. During the 120 day, both asked me to leave the other in peace, I chose to keep them both, but nothing changed... the game still goes on, as always, now 125 day... When is this "end game" meant to happend?

you just get a type of cutscene that changes depending on your choices and then the game continues indefinetly

Go to the OP and review the changelogs for each ver of the game. I was kinda stuck for a while before I realized that. (I was also using a menu mod that prevented access to the most recent content, but that's beside the point)

So I got everything sorted, yay me.

One note: In the initial threesome in the bathroom, when Cal cums outside as Megan straddles his face, it looks like his dick is attached backwards. That's was a little disturbing. lol

So, if one were so inclined to fiddle around with the dialogue in the game to make for a more personalized experience, how would one endeavor to do so? Which files contain that text?

The dialogues are written in the www/data folder. Those files are the commonevents.json and the mapxxx.json files. You either need a json editor or a text editor like Notepad++ or atom.

Here is the DogMod for Cohabitation v0.99.2. All it does is reduces all suspicion gain to 1. That's all it does. Instructions are in the zip file.
