Something's funky with the transitions when you go to the Museum with Mary. It keeps flashing to the college entryway between scenes.

Sorry for the double post. Anyone know how to fix this? It's getting quite annoying. I tried redownloading the game but it still happens. I am using the WT/I-patch mod which was recently updated to this version.

Jess and Sina are my 2 favorite girls in the game and yes there is some Sina content but I won't say anymore than that.
IIRC a 2 releases back Foz did leave [summer] instead of [girlfriend] when asking about not having sex to be faithful but I don't think he's had any since. In this update it just says girlfriend.

I had something similar happen to me when the game first came out (before I started the WT/Cheat mod) and a couple of other Ren'Py games have done similar in the past. I don't know if it's shitty NVIDIA drivers or something in Ren'Py.
I can't remember if deleting my GLCache helped or not as it's been awhile since it's happened to me.

I'm not sure if this would help but here is a Ren'Py build of the latest version (7.4.11) for Windows.
Create a brand new folder,
then extract this into that folder,
then copy the game folder from this new release (0.5.13) into this new folder and see if that helps.
If it doesn't, then see if you might need to update your video drivers and/or delete you GLCache in your appdate/local folder.

Thanks for taking the time to respond, but unfortunately none of those steps worked. Surely it wouldn't be a save file incompatibility causing this, right? Or perhaps the WT/I-patch mod? Didn't seem to start happening until this version. It started right when it was transitioning to go to the museum with Mary. It was going back and forth between the college entryway and the street before it finally went to the Museum. Seems to happen anytime a background changes (not characters) Such a strange issue.

Slight correction: It almost seems like it's happening when the script is trying to determine what path you are on as far as the LIs go. I wonder if the mod borked something there.

Had to start the whole game from the beginning when I started to get angry at that best bitch camgirl thing. Now that bitch isn't in my game anymore. Feels much better. It's not the mod. As I've mentioned, I had similar issues with this game before I even started modding it and a it's happened to me a few times in other games too.

Put the following in the game folder so you can use the console mode.
Load your save then go into the console but doing shift + o
In the console use one of the following
Don't want Blanca as your girlfriend then type this:

I went and looked through the script for that section of the game and didn't see any references to that particular background. For my sanity, I went and temporarily removed that image file (uni-entrance2.webp). Guess it must just be some sort of weird engine issue. Hopefully it'll be resolved next release. Odd that not many other people are having the issue.
