Interesting little 1d brawler. The control scheme is its low point though. I've played games for a long time and this is so far outside what's expected that I had a very hard time getting in to the game. There are standard methods.
And then there's zero controller support as far as I could tell.

I could use the controller to move left or right, but that was it. Also found it very, very hard to get in to. User unfriendly is a polite way of stating the obvious shortcoming of this game. Possibly, this was not tested a lot. Shame, because the concept of a lewd Double Dragon game is fun and the animations are fun.
I rather liked the game; there's far too few brawlers where you play as a male and can rape the defeated. The controls are awful, though, and the one's listed on the front page are both partially wrong and partially incomplete for whatever version is currently posted, so despite the necro-bump here's a better walkthrough. Note this is only for PC.
Controls:
Left/Right - Arrow keys, or A and D. Note that to break a hold as Anko only A and D work.
'Up' - only W works. Only comes up in some of Ken's stages
Punch - J (slightly faster, shorter range and less damage)
Jump/Kick - K or Space (employs a high damage kick attack that damages forward and back, though further forward than back, this also allows you to reposition somewhat as it's really more of a jump than a kick despite the damage it deals. Hitbox may be different between Ken and Anko)
Strong Attack - U (pretty much insta-kill anything but an Anko boss, and cause strong knockback, while using 60%/50% the Ki bar for Ken and Anko respectively. Ken's is a two-directional ki-blast, while Anko swings a bat only in the forward direction)
Heal - E; uses up one saved heal to restore some health. Ken has a set number per stage, while Anko can accumulate up to 99 at a time from drops.
Revive - R; uses up 5 saved heals to revive with low health (Ken only)
Recharge - O; completely recover Ki, seemingly at no cost. I THINK this is unlocked from the jump, but it may only unlock after you've beaten that stage once
Notes:
1) Heals are carried between levels. You can restart a level if you fail, but only start with the base # of heals for that character (30 for Ken, 10 for Anko)
2) When Ken fucks a girl he regains a little Ki, but with recharge it's a waste of time
3) There's a level-loss picture for Anko for the first 3 stages in Extras, but seemingly no scene
4) Background characters will respond to nearby sex scenes in Ken's levels, but not seemingly in Anko's
How to play:
If you just want to run through the game, just jump through all of Ken's levels and beat up all the bosses by spamming 'O' and 'U'. After beating all 5 Ken levels you can play Anko's by going to 'Extra's', 'Burning Revenge'. Jumping won't work in her levels as you'll accumulate hits and get raped, but you can just spam 'O' and 'U' again and walk right through them. If you take your time enjoying the background scenes in Ken's levels (which aren't in the gallery) the game will probably take something like an hour, at least 5 of which will be getting a feel for the controls. If you just run right through, it takes <20m for all 9 levels.

Ken(1)- Reiko (Blond with braid and glasses; the only one prego in the final game-over scene which is weird since he fucked her in the ass)
Ken(2)-Satsuki (little acrobat type with pigtails)
Ken(3)- Nabiki (cosplaying as a tabuki?)
Ken(4)- Masumi (Brown-haired Samus; wants revenge for Ken fucking Reiko who's her younger sister)
Ken(5)- Akane (Athletic tomboy who apparently has been fucking all the others)
Anko(1)- Mitsuo (foppish rando)
Anko(2)- Yumiko (Futa in a maid costume)
Anko(3)- Lil'Jack (Blond rocker dude; gang leader)
Anko(4)- Masumi (same plot and abilities as Ken's fight)
Ken's Story:
Finds his friends beaten up by Akane to he goes to challenge her gang. Turns out his friend had blackmail pictures of Akane, and Akane and her friends all go to an all-girls school, so in the end Akane beats up the 'friend' again and brings Ken to her house to keep fucking. Implied all 5 bosses wind up regular fuck buddies with Ken, with Reiko being pregnant. There's a background pic in the final boss scene showing all 5 bosses together.
Anko's Story:
Come to her gym to find all the girls being raped. She beats up everyone in her way, which is Little Jacks gang, to get to the final boss who hired them to take revenge on her: Masumi. Implied to take place between Ken's stage 1 and stage 4, Masumi is after revenge for Ken fucking Reiko so goes after Ken's younger sister even though, according to Anko, she and Reiko are friends.

I hope this gets redone or updated to work with more modern hardware as I would love to play it on modern android devices.
