You can still use this mod for that, download the mod but only install the following: ''images'' 0brandycheat.rpy'' ''kanit-medium.oft'' ''modmenue.rpy''
This will allow you to use the cheat menu to change the KCT, it's working for me so far

If you are on Pc you have to download the game and the mod, then you have to extrat the mod files in the game folder, I haven't use this mod in a long time soo I don't know if it still work
As for the APK I honestly don't know, I've never used them
