With all due respect, the Izzy scene is an odd thing to put in a game with the Harem and Romance tags. I believe that most players that like Harem games are not interested in seeing an LI having a gangbang even if the MC is involved. I haven't played the update yet, so correct me if I am wrong, but it sounds like it happens even if the MC doesn't choose to participate, we just don't see it. I am sure many players have no interest it pursuing Izzy at all after that, but it doesn't sound like we are given the option to shut her story line down. There in lies the problem, this can leave players with the sense that we are still forced to pursue her even when we have no interest in her.

This is a problem. Making a bunch of assumptions when you haven't played.
It is very easy to shut off her story if you're not interested. You are not forced to pursue her. OR you can skip the scene and continue to pursue her if you'd like.
There are going to be a LOT of different kinks in the game. You DO NOT have to participate in them. This game has always been about a wide variety of options. I do not expect everybody to play every one of them.

Every single character's storyline can be shut down. They are ALL optional. You can play the game without having sex and just look for your missing dad. Pretty short game that way, but you are not forced to pursue anyone.

I don't know where he from that definition but it seems 100% believable . Honestly it's not a Harem game ,you just adjusted to the tag , it's not an incest game either. I just see forced tags to get more attention but they don't develop well.

I don't remember any Izzy scene where she has sex with other men so it must be a new scene in this update. Either way I think she makes it pretty clear that she is not the type of girl that sticks to just one guy, as long as those scenes are optional I don't see the problem with them.

Jualiana makes it 100% clear before you start her story that she wants to fuck at least 5 people before she even considers starting a relationship.
Dana is engaged.
One of the teachers, name escapes me at the moment, is not only married but also a swinger meaning not only is she having regular sex with her husband but also with others.
Kendra drops hints she's fucking other people.
You can choose not to pursue those stories but they aren't going to stick with just the MC.

So in a harem game, you make a girl get railed by 4 guys. Yet even if you skip it, it still happened. Why are you so damn suss about this. People have made it perfectly clear. If you skip it, did it still happen or not?
You seem so caught up in people being negative about it you never even answered the question even though it was asked many times. Did it happen even if you skipped it or not? Simple question all it needs is a simple question. If you say yes it still happened many people will stop with Izzy and won't care about her storyline anymore. If no then they will. Stop being cocky about it just answer the peoples concerns.
I for one don't really care either way. I like the game. If there is something I don't like..I just skip it because I can but others seem to wanna have a more deeper connection with certain girls so I think you could just answer their concerns instead of being passive aggressive with them.

She has been pretty clear about this already last update: It literally doesn't happen if you skip the scene. It will happen in other people's games, but not yours. Nothing sus about that.

I don't care what she says/does off scene. This is choice the player can make. If the player chooses to skip this content, did it still happen or not? This is the question which you don't have the answer to. If the players choice is to skip it but, is brought up later on as it still happened, it will really get on peoples nerves. Not mine. I don't really care either way.
I'm just addressing the concerns that have been asked multiple times to the dev which they avoided the question and was just being passive aggressive saying you can skip it...Yes they can skip it but did it still happen? So I would ask that you calm down and take a breath you seem really high strung for some reason.
