Probably I´m more demanding than you with quality. Which stories/characters? All of them. The story of the mother can´t be more conventional. The story with the streamer is absurd. The story with the childhood friend could be OK, although is absurd that the girl is still resentful for something that happened when they were just kids. That makes her a crazy person. And then she says that she doesn´t want a stable relationship, that she understand that she´s not the only girl of the MC... Makes no sense since she has been in love with him for years, apparently. In general, makes no sense the pattern of "knowing a girl, fuck her, listen from her that she only wants to be another one for the MC, and get some random sex scenes". I would prefer a plot with more sense, not just a excuse to see sexual scenes with different girls (and a boy, I think. Not interested in that) without meaning or consequences.

Manageable. I'd hesitate to actually call it a true sandbox, especially since there's built-in glowy shit to tell you where to go and when with the in-game walkthrough / hints, and you can customize it to not even bother with the people you don't care about. It's actually really well done, and that's high praise coming from me.

Izzy - the black lady you mentioned - is more for the [multiple penetrations] and [group sex] tags. She doesn't dominate MC, the orgy is rather relaxed and fun w/o any sub/dom play.
The [female domination] tag is for Mrs. Mills, MC's boss. But - as everything - she is avoidable as well. Also, if you choose to go her path, you'll get the chance later to turn the tables on her.
