Will there be sex sound effects such as moaning butt slapping added at some point to this game?? I feel it really adds to the game and if ppl don't like it they can mute it but I can't add it in.
Correct. No new story content. Replaced a LOT of older images and added a couple new features.

I'm stuck at 1/6 scenes with Ms Mills & can't get her to 2 hearts for the next scene no matter how many times I visit her and chat in her office. I have no other way to trigger progress.

A few examples. A lot of the older jerky animations have been replaced as well. For a complete list check the changelog in the OP.
I only took a month off to do this beautification update, as some of the content in the game is over a year old and I've improved my skills and my pc quite a bit since then.
New content is already deep into development. Update 10 should be towards the end of November for patrons, early December public.

The dev said it was a polish and bugfix release for the Steam release of the game. She's been nothing but open about it, and if you were a patreon, or just read the non-patreon notes on the patreon, you'd know that.
It seems you might be complaining about things you would be aware of if you'd actually followed the dev in any capacity.
