yes I passed it a long time ago if you mean -200 challange I was going normal grinding I made pleasure too high my technique was level 5 but after a day it says you cant be a committe member and I am fired.

Not sure, I have a walkthrough for all the steps to all the levels of the game. You can check against that and see if you missed a step somewhere.

Thanks for walkthrough I completed -200 challange and I skipped all dialogues and started only serving I wanted to get stats didnt know if I dont do quests I would expelled in 10 days I finished chapter one now can I just serve without doing quests or do I have to do the quests again like in first chapter?

To progress you need to do the quests, otherwise you could just serve the students day by day, but there is not much variation there.
