For some reason when I tried to run this game it crashed my pc. Does anyone know any specific min specs needed to run this game?
Dude...SAME! This fu@king thing... It doesn't just crash...it CRASHES. Entire PC becomes completely unresponsive, ctrl shift delete doesn't even register. Only way to get PC back is to UNPLUG so i can reboot.

Don't know WTF is wrong with this software, but having to resort to unplugging my system is a VERY VERY RARE occasion. "Come closer" has made it happen 3 times now, 3 for 3. God damn, severely balding women...just arent worth this $shit.

AMD 6700XT if anyone's wondering.

The game works, but the models are all fucked up, anyone else got this problem?

It's from 0.4 from first post, mega link.

EDIT: I updated my drivers and the game runs normal now

GOODBYE, real worl-D.

EDIT: (VR only)
I got excited with my mouse and keyboard, then read further and realize I cannot play it... :cautious:
(according to Steam there are just 0.04% lucky souls that have a VR-headset)

Crosses fingers dev makes a non-VR version.
Yes i dunno why dev waste time creating games in VR whereas there're only few people here who will able to play it.
I can understand the challenge and the satisfaction but what the point if nobody (or almost) can't discover your work and appreciate the hard work done and thank you back ? Or maybe i'm missing something....

Because VR is the future of these type of games and we need developers willing to take the risk to branch out into this industry. It's not completely viable right now I agree as it's pretty niche, but VR won't go anywhere without devs like these.

It is far, FAR too early to introduce VR to the indie sex game community.
When one of the big ones create a successful VR game AND make people buy the gear, it is about time. Perhaps in five years.

At this time, no-fucking-body is gonna buy a $1000 VR headset just to fap, or partly to fap.

In the entire gaming industry, the percentage of people who own a headset is about 0.3 percent. If one tenth of those play porn games, then 1 in 3000 in this forum has one.

So someone made a game for maybe 100 people in total, on or off this forum.

Excuse me, but that is directly stupid.

It would help (a bit) if the dev focused on desktop playability. I am saying a bit because these games rarely have any actual gameplay.

For starters, I just want to say I'm not talking about this game in particular just my thoughts on VR as a whole.

I'll admit that VR is not exactly mainstream yet, but I think it's silly to just brush VR off as just a technical challenge for the dev, or just some gimmick. It simply offers gameplay and interaction that a regular desktop game can't. That being said a shitty game that happens to be in VR is still a shitty game, and trust me there are plenty of those on this site. However, if done right VR can offer some surreal experiences (not just for porn) that you can only really understand if you've tried it. More importantly, I don't see a reason a dev shouldn't make a certain type of game just because some people won't play it. There are plenty of niche game types out there, and if this isn't for you then that's okay. If people are interested in the technology then let them experiment and learn because that is how we get better games. Besides if no one made content for VR then there really would be no reason for it.

Okay, no one is saying to buy a Valve Index, that is like staying you have to buy an RTX 3090 to build a gaming PC. Cheaper options are out there and they are plentiful. I'm not gonna take the time to list every headset, but for example, you can buy an Oculus Quest 2 which works as both a standalone device or a PC VR headset, for just $299. Also recently Steam reported that over 2% of users have a VR headset which accounts for over 3 million people. And yes obviously only a fraction of those users are going to play porn games let alone be members of this forum, but VR is not nearly as small as you make it seem. This isn't 2015 anymore, and VR isn't disappearing anytime soon.

Lastly a little PSA: You really should try VR if you haven't already because it is cheaper and easier to get into than ever. Also, "phone VR" is not even close to the same thing and should not be used as a basis for what real VR is like.

Fuck, i started writing a rant about how if you don't own a headset you shouldn't just condemn people who do nor the developers, i even had a nice example with Alyx (that people don't review bomb it just cause they don't have an hmd) and if you complain about free stuff you're a douche, but fuck i don't care anymore. I just have a simple solution: if you don't have a vr headset don't fucking talk about vr games, simple as that.

I'm in a similar boat, but I just couldn't be arsed to defend VR or developers of VR in this thread because the demo for this game was actually really crap. I managed to get it to run just fine with no problems, it just sucked.

This game still have issue with AMD gpu.

Back in v0.2, the game just crashed at start.
In v0.4, i can access the main menu and setings, but still crash after selecting a woman and clicking on the book to start the game.

I reach the dev on twitter, i'll keep you informed if this time a solution can be found.

Edit got it working, thanks to the dev inputs on twitter: i have to set none for clothes & hair. otherwise the game crashes.

I know and I have tried VR. My son has an O-Rift. He told me the Quest is sub par compared to that.

Also, I wouldn't trust Steam's report one second. They are major players in the field so they would have an interest in getting more to buy VR hardware.
There are about 50 million people owning a VR headset. Some analytics company automatically deduced that they must all be American. I am not sure if Steam is actually right but there is another important factor which I did mention.

The actual playability in the porn field won't likely be developed by a single dev who likes to fap to artificial women. Even the largest company in the adult field (Illusion) suck at making stuff (esp animations) semi-realistic. It will be far too expensive to develop something in VR that it is viable for a small one-man indie "company" to do so, especially at this point in time.

You also confirmed my point: Maybe 3 percent of the world wide Steam userbase has a VR headset. They have 25 million users, making it about 12-14 percent of those. Right then. I know about 50 Steam users worldwide and only one has a headset.
And manye 5 percent of those 3 percent play porn games. We're at about 0,15 percent userbase then.

Just calculating Steam users? That will be 37.500 (VR) vs 1,2 million (desktop 3D) potential gamers for a porn project.
And that means it's less intelligent to not focus on desktop, if you're hoping to earn a coin from it.
Valve actually tried with the new Half-Life. They made over 100,000 Steam users get their headset to play the game, somebought another one. But it is not what I would call a successful game, having sold about 2 million copies on Steam. But that's only because they actually made a good game.

Nah, VR is just a gimmick, and it's already on its return. Just like the special red-blue glasses from the eighties, just like the shutter glasses from the nineties. They're all nothing but a stopgap until someone figures out a method to create true holography that doesn't risk health. It's a shame AR didn't get the amount of press coverage and funding that VR got, that was definitely the more versatile and interesting technology.

Omg, that type of bullshit feedback could exist 4 years ago when VR was just starting, but not in 2021. VR is growing fast with more and more companys going into it and its not going to die in the near future as its the single and most immersive way to play simulation genres. And comments like "no one is going to buy a 1000$ worth device to fap" are braindead as well, as you dont buy this devices just to fap, you dont buy a 1000$ PC just to fap, you dont pay your electricity and internet just to fap, not to mention that vr headsets are starting from 400$ and there is no need to pay 1000$. Like if you cant afford 400$ to fap - its only your problem, go find a job.

Seriously, living in your own world not following trends and thinking money is more important than entertaiment – is nothing else than waste of your life, and thinking that everyone else wastes his life as you do - is just dumb.
