Not really as in the game wasn't designed as such. You can choice to avoid most events tho by saying no, but you'll end up having to grind some stats more with other events.
I couldn't really tell. I've no idea's for continuing with the brother route atm. I'd like to add more at some point if possible.
As for pregnancy I've has this wild idea for an "pregnancy" mode ending where May can do all sort of short activity while pregnant. I hope I'll be able to realize that at some point.

He already knows what she look like naked after sneaking into her room a few times while she's sleeping so recognising her online wouldn't be a stretch.

Well that's your take and that's fair. I simply don't enjoy those kind of events they're overused in my opinion.
The game contains plenty of overused and tropes tho.
Putting energy into something I don't enjoy making to at least some degree is tiring. I rather spend it on other stuff.
Yes the main character if you choose so. She has a few solo and another event with other characters near the end.

You shouldn't need to restart. I don't think there is anything limiting you to start or continuing the photo shoot at any point.
Did you start it all? Or where you unable to progress at some point? If the later is the case might have run into a bug/glitch.
Ps the spying event with the brother is very tiny and can be triggered outside his room. It will randomly show 1 of the 3 cg on his screen, so you might need to repeat it for it to show, but there's no limitation so you can just keep doing it.

No I don't have something like that. It might be something I could create at some point.
On the other side the game has only about 6 outdoor maps of which only 5 are accessible at the start, But it could be useful for new players.
