This bug has been found and fixed. BugFix v2.5.2 is due to release tomorrow. Only the first couple of passage are affected by this issue, the rest of the game recognises the correct file name.

Blue Phantom during Lucius dialogue, avatar calls for "resources/avatars/lucius.webp" but in resources the filename is "lucius.png" renaming the file in resources is a quick fix though. Also the intro "phone screen" buttons are riddled with missing/broken links (characters, choices, credits, etc).

Thanks for pointing out the broken links. A couple of updates back the menu system was redone, with many of the menus being removed/renamed, and the options no longer using external image assets. The links have been removed and the fix will go live with the next BugFix.
Also thanks for pointing out the issue with the "lucius.png" image. This issue seems exclusive to the Compressed Version of the game, with the correct files being present in the main version.
I have attached a zip folder. This contains the correct "lucius.webp" file, as well as several avatars that were missing from the compressed version of v2.5.1.

Blue Phantom damn, more: First Jen encounter in room, all the webm vids need to be in her resource directory "MQ001" but they are in directory "Intro". If one copies those vids in "Intro" into "MQ001" the scenes work as intended.

This is another bug that appears to be unique to the compressed version of the game. The issue has been sorted so that the next compressed version won't contain this issue. And yes, renamed the "Intro" folder to "MQ001" will solve the issue.
Thanks again for pointing these out. A lot of the people that run through and test the game after release tend to only test the new content, and the existing content doesn't get noticed as much nowadays. But I am committed to solving all these issues, no matter how minor they may be.

Careful, the "MQ001" folder contains webp files already and needs them, the "Intro" folder contains webm but not those webp's.

Renaming the folder with the videos to "MQ001" should merge the folder with the existing "MQ001" folder with the webps (at least it does on Windows). This has the same effect as simply moving the files, so either way would work.

Blue Phantom first quest with Carolina, arrive at mall, missing images during the scene: <img src="resources/locations/mall.webp" alt="mall.webp"> and <img src="resources/events/dessertbar.webp" alt="dessertbar.webp">

The "mall.webp" issue is code based and has been fixed.
The "dessertbar.webp" issue is due to the source image having a typo in it's name.
The discrepancy with Alex B's address also affects some other characters (Skin, Melanie, Lauren, and Maya). In the previous update a few of the character homes were moved to different locations, leading to the outdated information.
If you don't want to clog up the thread with bug report posts you're more than welcome to PM them to me or use my discord server (link in signature). I'm happy to read through and fix anything that needs fixing, no matter how minor it is.

Are the "Activity" selections (below "Rest a while) with each girl in the community center meant to do anything? Each one is currently just a blank screen with center background image, there's not even a "leave" link, it's just blank. For future use?

It's a bug. There is supposed to be a small event that takes place that passes an hour of time. This bug has been fixed for BugFix v2.5.2.

I'm not quite sure what is causing that error. If you still have a save file I'd be interested at taking a look into it.
Also, that particular use of fast travel wasn't intentional, and I am currently looking into ways to work around it.
