Not for every situation a word exist. For example the female version of cuckold is called cuckquean. A situation where a husband/bf cucks his wife/gf while he sleeps with other girls/men.

It would simply be netorase or cuckolding, maybe you can try your luck searching for "lesbian cuckolding" or "lesbian cuckoldress". Cuckquean refers to a different part of the fetish where the girl wants to share the guy. You could also search for voyeur honestly, I don't really like the word "cuckold" in any aspect because it more often than not comes with the humiliation aspect.

I don't think I have played this one yet but yes, some fetishes have a myriad of minor 'branches', making it harder to find appropriate content, that's why lists like this one here have to exist, else no one would be able to find that one thing that gets them. If you happen to play a game that has the boyfriend or the husband willingly sharing his girl with another girl(or futa?) then try to comment about it here, it still counts as Netorase after all.
English is clearly not my first language but from what I gather Wittol isn't a very common word, as in, doesn't have a common use in fetish and ero-gaming circles. Tag names can't gain traction unless users, developers and big database sites start incorporating it too, both Wittol and Cuckold could be used to describe the same thing in a purely labeling sense, the problem is that "Cuckold" is a word that has been polluted with a lot of different meanings that it isn't supposed to have by itself, such as interracial, sissy, submissive male, humiliation and etc. It really is a shame since Netorase isn't a word commonly used outside of Japan or outside ero-games.

Yeah... unfortunately there no such games. Maybe in the game "Corruption" but there is no other game where e.g. a son shares his mom with his best friend or something close to mom-swapping between friends/cousins.

This is precisely why I get frustrated when someone says this type of content is "repetitive" or "the author doesn't have enough creativity", there are hundreds of scenarios a developer could write on this genre and for the most part, demand isn't really satisfied since it's a more niche crowd, hundreds of scenarios that were never written before making it easier to not write a cliche. This is prime time for devs.
